Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days.
Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of ₹699 and above. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
International Shipping: International shipping rates vary based on location and order weight. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be incurred upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Bioqem Pharma, we want you to be happy with your order. We do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations if you simply change your mind.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the parcel and the product, and we will replace the item or refund you. You do not pay any shipping fee for a damaged or wrong item.
