We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Bioqem Pharma, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or defective.
