Most Bioqem products can be used by people with diabetes or high blood pressure. The exception is Happy Knights Prash, which we do not recommend for diabetic or BP patients. If you take regular medicines for any condition, please check with your doctor before you start something new.

Happy Knights Prash has a warming, heat-producing nature in Ayurvedic terms. In some people this can push up blood pressure, which is why we advise people with diabetes or high blood pressure to choose another product from our range instead.

Every Bioqem product is made under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) with quality ingredients. We are GMP and ISO 9001:2015 certified (Manufacturing Licence No. AUS/662), and we also hold AYUSH Premium and FSSAI certifications, plus Halal and international vegetarian certification, and our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals. Batches are lab-tested for heavy metals and steroids, and we are happy to share the reports. More than a million customers already use Bioqem products.

We choose carefully sourced herbs and raw materials and do not cut corners on them. Each batch is then made in our own facility and passes quality control and quality assurance checks before it reaches you.

Bioqem products are made from natural Ayurvedic ingredients, and every batch goes through a Certificate of Analysis (COA), stability testing and QC and QA checks to keep it safe. Used as directed, side effects are not commonly reported, but every body responds differently. If you notice any discomfort, stop using the product and talk to your doctor.

For healthy adults, Ayurvedic proprietary medicines do not need a prescription. You should still check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a long-term illness, or take regular medicines. Yes, we deliver across India. Orders within Bangalore usually arrive within 24 hours, and the rest of India usually takes 3 to 7 business days. We always try to deliver on time, and shipping is free on orders above ₹699.

No. You can order a single product, however small the order.

We do not offer cancellation, exchange or refund for change of mind. If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Ayurvedic medicines work gently and steadily. Most people need to take a product regularly for at least 3 months (about 90 days) to see a good result.

Results depend a lot on the right dose and daily habits. Follow the dose on the pack, avoid smoking and alcohol, sleep well, eat healthy food, and use the product regularly for 90 days. If you still see no change, write to us and we will look at your case.

We do not compromise on raw materials or the manufacturing process. Natural herbs can vary slightly from one batch to another, though. If you feel a real difference, tell us what you noticed and the batch number on your pack, and our back-end team will check it.

Printing a brand or firm name on the inner seal is not mandatory, so some packs have a plain seal. Check the label, batch number and manufacturing details on the pack, and write to us if you have any doubt about your order.
