What Is Gynocyst Plus Tablet?

It is a vegetarian food supplement (nutraceutical) for adult women, licensed by FSSAI. It is not a medicine, and it does not replace care from your gynaecologist. You take one film-coated tablet a day.

Many women who live with irregular cycles, weight changes or PCOS look for nutrition support. This tablet brings five well-studied nutrients together in one daily dose, so you do not need to buy them separately.

Key Benefits of Gynocyst Plus Tablet

Here is what each nutrient in the formula is known or traditionally used for:

  • Hormonal balance: chasteberry (Vitex) is traditionally used for women’s menstrual and hormonal wellbeing.
  • Healthy blood sugar: myo-inositol and fenugreek galactomannan support the body’s normal use of insulin and glucose.
  • Ovarian health: myo-inositol has been studied for its role in normal ovarian function.
  • Folate in its active form: L-methylfolate is a form of folate the body can use directly, which matters for women of child-bearing age.
  • Vitamin D: 600 IU of vitamin D3 gives 100% of the daily need, which many Indian women fall short of.

In short, these myo inositol tablets are daily nutrition support. They work best alongside a balanced diet, regular exercise and your doctor’s advice.

Myo-Inositol and PCOS: What the Research Says

Myo-inositol is a natural compound found in fruits, beans and grains. It helps cells respond to insulin. Several studies have looked at myo-inositol in women with PCOS, which the NHS now also calls PMOS, and some found better cycle regularity and insulin markers.

However, the evidence is still growing. The 2023 international PCOS guideline calls inositol an option that needs more research, not a proven treatment. That is why we describe this inositol supplement for women as support, not a cure. Please read the NHS guide on PCOS (PMOS) and see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Why Myo Inositol and Chasteberry Together?

The two nutrients work on different parts of the same picture. Myo-inositol supports how your cells use insulin. Chasteberry is traditionally used for the hormone side of the cycle.

Fenugreek galactomannan adds support for blood sugar, while folate and vitamin D fill two common gaps in women’s diets. A myo inositol and chasteberry formula like this saves you from taking four or five separate pills every day.

How to Take Gynocyst Plus Tablet

Take one tablet a day, or as directed by your doctor or dietician.

  1. Swallow one tablet whole with a glass of water.
  2. Take it after a meal, at the same time each day, so you do not forget.
  3. Do not take more than one tablet a day.
  4. Keep the strip in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.

Most nutrition support for cycles is used for at least three months, because a full hormonal cycle takes time. Ask your doctor how long you should continue.

Who Should Take It, and Who Should Not

This hormonal balance supplement for women is meant for healthy adult women who want daily nutrition support for their cycle and metabolism.

It may suit you if you:

  • are a woman aged 18 or above
  • have irregular cycles and want nutrition support alongside your doctor’s care
  • want myo-inositol, folate and vitamin D in one tablet

Do not take it, or talk to your doctor first, if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding (stop taking it once you are pregnant)
  • are trying to conceive, or are on fertility treatment or IVF
  • take birth control pills or hormone therapy, as chasteberry may interact with them
  • take diabetes medicines, including metformin, because myo-inositol and fenugreek may add to their effect
  • take blood thinners, or medicines for Parkinson’s or mental health that act on dopamine
  • are allergic to fenugreek, peanuts or chickpeas, or are under 18

If you have a thyroid problem or any long-term illness, please consult your doctor before you start.

Possible Side Effects and Safety Tips

Most women take this tablet without trouble at the right dose. Some may notice:

  • mild nausea, gas or loose stools in the first week
  • headache or tiredness
  • a sweet, maple-like smell in sweat or urine, which is harmless and comes from fenugreek
  • changes in your cycle while your body adjusts

Stop taking it and see a doctor if you get a rash, swelling, severe stomach pain or heavy bleeding. Keep the pack out of children’s reach.

When Will I See Results?

Nutrition support works slowly. Most women need at least three months of steady use to notice a change in how they feel and in their cycle pattern.

You will get more from it if you:

  • eat more vegetables, dal and whole grains, and less sugar and refined flour
  • move for 30 minutes most days, even a brisk walk
  • sleep seven to eight hours a night
  • track your cycle in an app or diary to see changes over time

Frequently Asked Questions About Gynocyst Plus Tablet

Does Gynocyst Plus Tablet cure PCOS?

No. It is a nutrition supplement, not a medicine, and nothing can promise to cure PCOS. It gives daily support with nutrients that have been studied for hormonal and metabolic health.

How long does it take to work?

Most women need at least three months of regular use to notice a change. Track your cycles so you and your doctor can see the pattern.

Can I take it with metformin?

Ask your doctor first. Myo-inositol and fenugreek may add to metformin’s effect on blood sugar, so your doctor may want to check your levels.

Can I take it while trying to get pregnant?

Talk to your gynaecologist first. Chasteberry is not advised in pregnancy, so stop the tablet as soon as you are pregnant.

Does it have side effects?

Some women get mild nausea, gas or a headache at first. Stop and see a doctor if you notice a rash, heavy bleeding or any unusual symptom.

Is it habit-forming?

No. It contains nutrients and plant extracts with nothing addictive in them. You can stop at any time.

Can teenagers or older women take it?

It is meant for adult women aged 18 and above. Women after menopause should ask their doctor whether it suits them.

What if I miss a dose?

Just take the next tablet at the usual time. Do not take two tablets to make up for it.

Is it vegetarian?

Yes. The pack carries the green vegetarian mark.
