Indication

GynoSure Syrup is indicated and used in following diseases/ Disorders of female reproductive system.

  • Anovulation (Absence of ovulation or when ovaries are not producing eggs) – GynoSure Syrup can be used along with Clomiphene citrate.
  • Female Infertility (especially infertility of unknown origin
  • Oligomenorrhea (infrequent or light menstrual periods)
  • Menstrual irregularities
  • Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding (DUB)
  • Supportive therapy along with ART (Assisted Reproductive Techniques protocols)
  • Metrorrhagia (Abnormal excessive bleeding)

Dosage

The general dosage of the GynoSure Syrup (15-20 ml) should be taken with normal water twice daily an hour after meal in all its indications listed in indications section. The treatment period with GynoSure Syrup should be at least 3 months. More details are given underneath.

Recommended Treatment Duration

Generally, ayurvedic physicians recommend using it for 3 to 6 months. In some cases such as infertility and problems with egg production from the ovaries, you may have to take GynoSure Syrup regularly for a longer period than usual, which may vary from 6 to 9 months.

1) Can I take GynoSure syrup during my periods?

No, you can take GynoSure syrup after your menstruation periods.

2) Once periods become regular, how long should patient continue to take GynoSure syrup?

Once periods become regular, GynoSure can be stopped, but one has to continue the treatment for three months for best results.

3) Does GynoSure syrup treat PCOS?

Alone GynoSure syrup may not help treating PCOS. However, it may help reducing symptoms and improving health in PCOS. Along with other remedies, it may also help to treat PCOS.

4) I have heavy bleeding during periods. What are the best medicines with GynoSure syrup in Ayurveda?

However, medicines can be separate for each individual in ayurveda according to health condition and Dosha. Generally, along with GynoSure syrup, Ashokarishta , Chandraprabha Vati, Praval Pishti, etc. will be the best choice.

5) I am on GynoSure, but still bleeding heavily. Is it normal?

It is not normal if you are taking it more than one month. You might need other remedies like Ashokarishta, Raktpadar Ripu Churna, Praval Pishti, Amalaki Rasayana and Mulethi Churna. Please do consult with ayurvedic doctor for further assistance.
